David Richardson and his team are fantastic! David assisted me with multiple window projects over the last few years, and every interaction from shade selection to installation was top notch. All of the end products (blackout cellular shades and natural shades) exceeded my expectations. When I had difficulty deciding which fabric would be the best for the space, David made multiple visits to show every single option and was super patient with me. He went above and beyond in installing blackout shades to achieve minimal light around the sides and bottom. David is knowledgeable and happy to offer guidance when asked.
