We were very pleased with the immediate response we received when we 1st contacted Brad. He came to our home within a few days to help us decide what would best fit our needs. Brad looked at each room and made suggestions based on the amount of light that enters the room and the function of the space. He placed the order while he was there and made sure that it was exactly what we had discussed. Brad informed us that it would take about 4 weeks for the order to be shipped. He and 2 of his employees completed the installation of 6 shades in under an hour. They were professional and reliable. I would highly recommend Brad and his company for your window needs!
