It is no wonder this business has 5 stars as their average! Carolyn, one of the owners, actually came to my house to pick up a broken blind for repair. She is so warm, friendly and engaging. I knew immediately I was in the right hands. She was honest that an attempt would be made to repair but it might mean a new blind. They were able to make the repair, and she even returned it herself as she was in the area. Not only is Carolyn a lovely person but so knowledgeable and accommodating. What a great resource Made in the Shade is for us here in the Triangle region!
