Jeremy Fairchild was great! I really appreciate his attitude and energy. I was overwhelmed with too many decisions to be made about a variety of issues with our new (1980s) house. Jeremy was patient with my indecisiveness when he first came to talk to me about window covering possibilities. He explained how various options could work and left it to me to decide what seemed best for our sensibilities and pocketbook. And on day of installation, he and his crew of two other good people got the job done quickly and professionally. We love our new blinds. Thanks so much!
