From my initial phone call to my consultation, everyone there is so friendly and willing to help. We just bought a new home and I had assumed some of our blinds were broken so we called Made in Shade thinking we would work with them to order new blinds. Jeremy came out next day and determined that they were just improperly re-installed by our painters and were actually in perfectly fine working condition. Furthermore, he took out his tools and ladder and immediately fixed them for us! He certainly didn’t have to help us or, could have even ignored the issue and suggested we replace the shades. But instead, he saved us $$$ and didn’t try to upsell me on any products. Really honest and helpful. I would absolutely use them if we required new blinds or decided to upgrade.
