These folks are wonderful. We have some shades that we inherited with the house. One wasn’t working. Beth, with Made in the Shade found a free spot in Jeremy’s schedule. He came out and put a lot of time diagnosing the problem on a shade w/o a maker’s name on it. Jeremy eventually discovered the problem and the maker – a wand was defective. He gave us a work around while he ordered a new wand. When we get into a place of our own, Made in the Shade and Jeremy will be the source for all our window treatments
