Brad called me within minutes of me sending in a request to Graber for a set of blinds breaking at my business. I sent him the information on them. He called Graber for me and tried to see if he could get them on warranty. Because of the issue, they don’t cover it. Brad went out to his car to see if he had some replacement string so he could fix it right there. He ended up asking if he could take it back to his shop because he needed a different string. These blinds are 20 years old and are throughout the building, so it’s making my life as a small business owner so easy. Customer service 10/10, affordability 10/10. I wasn’t expecting to need this service, but for anything new, I will be looking to shop through Made in the Shade!  As a small business owner I love supporting other locally owned and operated businesses.
